Birthday Parties
 
Want to have a Gym-tastic Birthday?  Have your Birthday Party at C.G.’s!  We offer fun, fitness, and safety for your child and your guests on your child’s SPECIAL DAY!!  Our Birthday parties are for all ages.  No gymnastics experience is necessary.  You do not have to be a member of our gym to have a party here or to be a participant.
 
Activities vary depending on the ages of the participants.

Activities for parties vary, but may include:

  • Warm-up and introduction where we will go over rules for safety 
  • Obstacle course
  • Trampoline excitement on our 40 ft. long in-ground tumble-trax
  • Rope Climb or Swing
  • Pit Fun in our Foam Pit
  • “Peter Pan” Hoist for the Birthday Child 

 

Times and Scheduling

 

 Saturdays at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.
 
Party Format
 
Your party will last for 1 1/2 hours, which includes an hour in the gym, where you and your friends will get a taste of gymnastics through our structured party plan supervised and instructed by qualified gymnastics coaches, and 30 minutes in the party room to enjoy refreshments and open presents in our new and improved party room!!  We schedule parties every two hours to allow 30 minutes of clean-up time for our coaches in preparation of the next party.     

           

Invitation and Release Forms

 

A Downloadable Party Invitation and Release form are supplied with each party.  It is required that each child bring a release form signed by a parent/guardian to participate.  If you are already invited to a party and have misplaced your release form, click on the link above to print another form.

We will attempt to color coordinate with your theme, so please let us know what two colors you would like.      

You supply:         

  • Cake & Refreshments
  • Knife to cut cake
  • Candles
  • Matches or Lighter
  • Special Decorations     

 

To Book Your Party

Pricing:  $175 (for up to 15 participants)*

*$5 charge per additional participant 

A $50.00 Deposit is due at the time of booking your party.

You can either come by and book in person by Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Card or feel free to book your party over the phone with your credit/debit card.*  (*Deposits taken over the phone are subject to a $5.00 Service Fee)

The Balance will be due on the day of the party.  Please be prepared to pay your balance by CHECK or CASH only.  Because our office is closed on Saturdays, our Coaches will be unable to process credit/debit cards.  Thank you for your cooperation.

If your kids just LOVE the party, please feel free to TIP your Coach!    

 

Please Note that deposits are Non-Refundable!!

 

Confirmation Required

 

Please call us at least 10 days in advance to confirm the number of party participants.

 

Safety Rules

Your child’s safety is important to us.  Please ask your guests to observe the following safety rules:

  • Clothing should be void of zippers, buttons or snaps
  • All jewelry should be removed (with the exception of post earrings)
  • Gum is not allowed in the gym
  • Follow all directions of Gym Staff and Coaches
  • No parents are allowed inside the Lobby doors of the gym (with the exception of one camera person)
  • Those who are not actually participating in the party must view from the lobby or upstairs viewing area (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
